Midweek Mixup: Must-do fall events in the GTA!

Ahhhh the last few moments of summer have arrived, and in true Canadian fashion the signs of fall have begun to show its colours. As we enter the glorious fall months with children back in school, cozy sweaters and pumpkin spice lattes, it is a great time to reflect on the season and memories we leave behind.
Fall at DoYourOwnMortgage is always a busy time with home owners deciding to list and sell before the holiday season. The crisp air, colourful backdrops, and Christmas dreams, make for the ideal time to buy and sell. As this time represents a change in seasons, it also represents a change in the market and ambitions for home owners.

Following the Labour Day long weekend, home owners are relaxed and restored, ready to take on the at times daunting task of buying and selling. Good thing DYOM makes it easy!

However, if you aren’t planning on buying or selling your home DYOM has put together some must do’s around the city, this fall season.
